Dream Cures
This will not be described in great detail, as it has been covered to some extent in other parts of the website. The dream state is in its simplest description - where the mind resides during sleep, this does not mean that sleep is the only time the dream state can be used, but it is surely the least difficult.
The trick to controlling the dream state is of course - the frame of mind which you hold within it, to retain a pleasurable experience you must stay calm, but at the same time exercise a lazy attentiveness to your surroundings, so that when you notice a dream sign or an irregularity you simply acknowledge it and move onwards.
This technique can take some practice but once you have a general ability to maintain the dream state without waking up straight away, you can move on to the second stage of dream healing.
